SERN – Startup Europe Regions Network
SERN is a non-profit, Brussels-based association connecting regional innovation actors to collaborate on EU-funded projects that strengthen innovation ecosystems across Europe. By working with regions, development agencies, and ecosystem builders, SERN translates European priorities into implementation and feeds project insights back into European policy discussions.
SERN aims to turn European policy priorities into cross-regional innovation action on the ground through EU-funded partnerships and project delivery, advancing innovation that supports sustainable transitions, social impact, and resilient regional communities, while bringing project outcomes back into EU-level discussions.
